As the name suggests, a small submersible pump is a water pump that works in submersibles, and is also one of the most widely used pump products. Compared to other pump products, it works in water. Before use, the suction tube and pump body are filled with liquid. After the pump is started, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid also rotates with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, the injected liquid flies away from the impeller and is ejected.

The speed of the injected liquid in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing gradually slows down, the pressure gradually increases, and then it is discharged from the outlet discharge pipe. Because the liquid is thrown around, a vacuum low pressure area with neither air nor liquid is formed, so that the liquid flows into the submersible pump through the suction port under the action of the atmospheric pressure on the pool surface, and is continuously sucked up and continuously discharged from the discharge pipe. It is a widely used water treatment tool, and its shadow can be seen in both agricultural production and industrial processing.

The working condition of the small submersible electric pump is that the pump and the motor are submerged in the water together. After the pump is energized, the pressurized water is led out from the outlet pipe. The outlet of the submersible pump is fitted with a circular elbow to buffer the resistance of the water. Submersible pumps differ from conventional horizontal and vertical pumps used onshore. Compared with them, small submersible electric pumps mainly have the following advantages:

1. The structure is simplified and the volume is small. Requires all potential water to run, so no need to add additional workshops. In this case, there is no need to build a special pump room to install them, which can save a lot of economic expenses.

2. Easy to operate, install and maintain. The small submersible electric pump is submerged in the water, and the installation position is very large and unrestricted. The slightly heavier submersible pump is equipped with an automatic lift coupling device, which is very convenient to move.

3. Can work stably for a long time. The small submersible electric pump has a special structure, the pump and the motor are the same shaft, the shaft size is short, the rotor parts are light in weight, do not need to bear too much axial force during operation, and the service life is longer than other pumps;

4. Because it works underwater, it is fully enclosed, so there is no damage to the pump by cavitation, and no irrigation and water diversion are required, which is very convenient.

5. There is almost no vibration and noise, the temperature rise of the unit is very small, and there is no need to consider cooling when working in water;

Due to its excellent performance, small submersible electric pumps are widely used in domestic sewage discharge, factory sewage discharge, mine sewage discharge, hydraulic engineering and other fields. However, when selecting the model, special attention should be paid to the model, flow rate and head. If the model is improperly selected, it will not be able to meet the work requirements and will not be able to exert the efficiency of the unit. It is also necessary to clarify the direction of rotation. Although there are many models of forward and reverse rotations that can produce water, the water output during reverse rotation will be small, and sometimes even damage the motor windings.
